Solid Waste committee report – Bid has been advertised open at 12/24 meeting 9. Solicitor's report – Adopt Ordinance # 2024-03 and $ 2024-04 as advertised 10. Engineer’s report – Sewer system CCTV Investigation to include main cleaning, well project 11. Zoning Officer & permit information – Issued permits: 67 N Mkt- deck, violation for bldg. permit & Pa1Call, letter from Solicitor 12. Mayor’s report – Trick or Treat 13. Old business – Dump truck warranty repair ac done, MA Chair appt, pick up detail results 14. New business – County offer for assessments 15. Adjourn to Executive Session 16. Adjourn
