Millerstown Borough is located on the eastern bank of the Juniata

River, scenically set in the rolling hills of Perry County. Once a thriving

town during Canal Days, it now serves as a quiet residential community,

rich in historical lore. Millerstown lies thirty-three miles west of the

State Capital, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and is the oldest town in Perry

County. It is located at the junctions of U.S. 22/322 and PA. Rt. 17. It has

a land area of .86 square miles, with a 2020 census population of 685.

surrounding communities.

Borough Council meetings are on the first Monday of every month, 7 p.m. at Borough Hall. All residents are encouraged to attend these meetings. It's your town - participate. Park & Recreation Committee meets the first Wednesday of every month in the Community Park Building at 7 p.m. Millerstown Community Success - Meetings are on the 4th Thursday of every month (except December) at 7 p.m. in the Borough Building. March 3: 4 ‘til 7 p.m. This is a fun educational event about “Hinamatsuri” Japanese girls/dolls day! There will be a beautiful full set 7 tier display of Hina dolls that all represent wonderful virtues, traditional festival foods, (5) 2-minute videos about Hinamatsuri, a simple origami craft, kimonos, fans & parasols for dress up & photo opportunities on Obi slipper chairs. The address for Tuscarora Bison Farm is: 2183 Raccoon Valley Road Millerstown, Pa 17062 Please don’t hesitate to call if any more information is needed. Any & all help is greatly appreciated.
